Terms & Conditions

1) Full up-front payment (Ringgit Malaysia Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-Eight [RM8,888]) is required.

2) Validity period: 12 months from date of first PBP v3.0 procedure redemption or by 31/08/2022, whichever is earlier; 6 months from date of the first procedure or by 31/01/22 for PBP v3.1.

3) Types of machines and products used for PBP procedures are at the discretion of the medical center.

4) PBP procedures are redeemable across all Beverly Group outlets and branches (BWMC, BWJB, BW3D, BBSB, NBSB, BISB, BWAD).

5) PBP is non-refundable, non-transferable under any circumstances.

6) Platelet Rich Plasma, Scar Removal Laser, Pigmentation Removal Laser, and Facial Procedures must have a minimum thirty (30) days gap between redemptions in accordance with best clinical practice for client safety and best clinical outcome.

7) Dental Scaling & Polishing must have a minimum of three (3) months gap between redemption in accordance with best clinical practice for client safety and best clinical outcome.

8) Bookings for PBP procedure redemption must be made at least one (1) week in advance, subject to availability.

9) Doctor’s consultation prior to the first PBP procedure redemption is compulsory.

10) Not applicable to be combined with any other promotions, offers, discounts, or vouchers.

11) Zero Percent (0%) installment available for selected banks up to 12 months (CIMB, Public Bank, Maybank, HSBC, Affin, UOB, RHB).
